Finally got my head around syncing the camera and 2D elements in After Effects.
Take a look at this Example Movie.
Note to SteveC. It makes sense to use the scale of 1 pixel in AE = 1m in LW. That way I know exactly where type gets placed in AE's 3D. Since all our models are wildly out of scale, it makes sense to use the demo scene I set up, and work to that.
