p3.2 Commons Stink - Main Scene (WIP)

Thanks to hoards of tourists, and building works to the bridge, and crap on the Thames, I think it makes more sense to crop the commons - it also gives us a broader canvas (the sky) to bring the plans, illustrations and quotes to life.
